Veronica said at first they promised the repairs would take 1 week, but they had her vehicle about 2.5 weeks. At first she had trouble getting through to anyone to find out the status of her vehicle. After the first week, things went better, she received updates. She has taken her vehicles here before so she knows they are good. She is not really sure what the reason was that it took so much longer. They were really busy and that might be why they took longer and it was hard to get a callback.
