Spoke with Holly. She said they originally told her it would take about a week for the repairs. She said she thought it was a 2 day job. It took 17 days. The first delay was because they were not happy with the paint job and wanted to redo it. That was fine with her. The second time there was a delay she spoke with a different representative and he said they were really busy. She mentioned she felt she was taken advantage of and pushed aside because the job on her vehicle was only $1,700. She had 4,500 miles on her vehicle and had some warranty work she wanted done so they told her they would take it to the service department of the business for the work. They did not do that. When she questioned why it was not done they just apologized for forgetting to do it. Now she no longer has the use of the rental vehicle and has to find a time to take the vehicle in for that work. The quality of the work was fabulous but she did not feel they were upfront with her. She would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
