Kevin said the business is very conveniently located for him, and he purchased his vehicle at the affiliated dealership. The initial lady inside is pretty good, but he never gets a very good feeling from the service area. He would not say to avoid the business, but there are some cautions. He wasn't given a commitment time because they had to order rear bumper parts. After two and a half weeks, the parts came and were installed. Then he had to take it back for mechanical work, which had not been done while the vehicle sat waiting for parts. Afterwards, the rear wiper was installed wrong, so he went back again. Currently, he is not satisfied with the quality of work because the rear wiper wipes the lift gate, so it will have to repaired a third time. Most people with minivans have children, so being without a vehicle so long is difficult. The rental car that the business covered would not have been sufficient for a family. He's been here before and always gets average service. He would recommend this business, but would caution others and tell them it wasn't the best.
