Mary said this facility was really good but they seemed not to be able to communicate well with the other insurance company. The promised time was February 9th and the vehicle was ready on February 23rd. She was told the insurance company had stopped talking to them. She said she was happy with the communication at the beginning but there was a nine day period where she did not hear anything from them because the insurance company had stopped communicating with them. If they would have at least emailed her with this information and let her know that they had not forgotten her, she would have called the insurance company herself to get things going. They were extremely nice and apologetic about this and offered her water.
