Hector said the work took longer than he expected. He said he had to take the vehicle back multiple times because he was not satisfied with the quality of the repairs. An aftermarket window strip was put on and it kept flipping out until an OEM part was put on instead. The headlight was not balanced right and there was rough buffing and waxing. The work took longer than he expected, but he was not told how long the work would take. He said Sherry Robinson was excellent and courteous. She kept him informed throughout the entire process.
