Elizabeth said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because she has a plastic bumper on her vehicle and they tried to repair it when it should have been replaced. The putty is bad and there is spidering in the paint. There is also a scratch on the right side of her vehicle that was not there before. She mentioned her father owns a auto body repair shop and she grew up around vehicles so she knows that a plastic bumper is not to be repaired because it will not come out looking good. Her vehicle was ready about a week later than promised. First they told her the reasons for the delay was because the paint shop was backed up but then she was told it was because of a parts delay. She believes she was being lied to. She said she stopped by this business so they could look at the vehicle and order the necessary parts before dropping it off. Her vehicle sat at this business for at least five days before even being worked on while she was driving a disgusting rental vehicle. They should not have had her drop off her vehicle until they had the parts. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because she was not given a copy in the first place and they should have replaced the whole bumper. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel, their communication, and would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned. She talked to Sherry about having the work redone the right way butshe does not want them to try to repair it again and make it even worse. She wants it replaced. If they try to sand it anymore, there will be nothing left of her plastic bumper and she is requesting they replace it and fix the scratch as well. She mentioned this should have been a three days repair and she had a trip planned which she had to delay because of this business. Sherry was good about getting back to her but their online site was not updated.
