Alfred said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because it looks like some other scratches are on his bumper now. His vehicle was ready 4 days later than promised and does not know why. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he does not know why. He was not satisfied with the business's communication and he did not elaborate on a reason why. He would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. He chose this business because he has been there before at their old location.
