Basak said they were suppose to take 3 days to repair her vehicle. They called her up on the third day and told her they were busy and her vehicle was not going to be ready. She was upset because it was warranty work and she rented a vehicle for only 3 days. She called them on the fifth day to ask them what was going on with her vehicle. They didn't know when her vehicle was going to be ready. They had her vehicle for 8 days and didn't give her a reason. She had to take her vehicle back yesterday because they were some fingerprint marks left on the paint work.
