Jodi said this business did not do any repairs on her vehicle because they took so long with the estimate that she decided to purchase another vehicle. She said it took them two days to prepare the estimate, so she was not satisfied with the person that prepared the estimate. The people were nice. She was not satisfied with the communication because they were not prompt.
