Leecia said things were just not ready when she got there. They did not buff out the roof because there were still some scrub marks on it and the paint was not smooth. The guy she spoke to was nowhere to be found and she had to speak to someone else. They gave her a loaner vehicle because they needed to keep her vehicle for a little longer to finish up a few things.
