Luong said they told him they fixed his vehicle but they didn't test drive it. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because he will have to bring his vehicle back in to be fixed. He chose not to elaborate further. They took an extra week to fix his vehicle but they didn't tell him why. They never called him to keep updated and he had to call them.
