Spoke with Gerta. She said it took longer than she expected for a new bumper. Her vehicle was delayed one week to get the bumper, paint the bumper, and install it. She was not kept updated for the first half of the repairs. The estimator was almost exactly correct. Her vehicle looks beautiful after they buffed all of it.
