Shibu said he was satisfied with the personnel at this business but not the quality of the work. They had to blend the paint on the hood and bumper together but there is no paint in the middle of the hood. He said he feels this business only worked on the major part of the damage, but did not go the extra mile to make sure everything was done. His vehicle was ready when promised but it took a week longer than he expected. He chose not to elaborate on what caused the delay but it was not a problem for him. He would not recommend this business because they showed signs that they were not quality workers. He said he feels a business should make sure to do the small things to ensure a customer is satisfied so they will come back.
