Robert said the work took two weeks and three days longer than promised and they didn't give him a satisfactory reason for the delay. He had to contact them for information. He said Todd was pitiful. He said they get an A for politeness, but they didn't do anything else right. He said he felt that they didn't care. Every time he called this business he got a different answer and he didn't get the right numbers until he picked his vehicle up. When he picked his vehicle up the front seat was loose because a bolt was missing. They repaired his vehicle with used parts. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
