Glenn said Mr. Wheat and Barnett kept him informed of what was going on with his vehicle and what they were working on. Other similar businesses make their customers call because they do not want to go the extra mile but he was treated very nicely by this business. He said he is a very picky person so when he got his vehicle he walked around it expecting to find something wrong, but it was like Christmas all over again. His vehicle looked like it did prior to the accident. He picked his vehicle up on a Saturday and the staff member who helped him was very nice as well. The rental vehicle he was using during the repair was picked up in a different city so he thought he had to drive back there but they did it for him.
