Cathy said this business had her vehicle for over 2 weeks. When she started driving home she checked her windshield wiper fluid because it did not seem to be working. She pulled into a Honda dealership and they told her to take the vehicle back to this business where they found out the motor was not working. She stated she is surprised they did not check it while they had her vehicle for so long. For that reason she said she feels her vehicle was 40 minutes later than promised because that is how long it took to install the windshield motor.
