Joseph said his experience was alright and he did not have any issues. His repaired blinker goes a little too fast now but he is not sure if he will bring his vehicle back or not. He was not given a completion promise time. He was not kept informed during the repairs because he misplaced his phone for a week, but when he found it and called the facility, his vehicle was ready for pick up. So it was not their fault they did not get a hold of him with updates.
