"They are nice"

"Wouldn't go any other place, going for years."
Everyone who works there from the owner down to the men who do the work are always concerned about you, and also the work is excellent!! Been going there for years, no one else touches my car.

Rune said the business waited until he got there to tell him the repair was going to take several more hours to complete. He said it took so long he had to get to another appointment, and he couldn't have the smog test completed. Rune said the business told him he needed coolant, but didn't even offer to top off what was remaining. He said he wouldn't return there.

"If the CEL is on smog test will fail"
I was a little surprised that you went ahead with the smog check after knowing that the truck wouldn't pass because the CEL was on when your guy moved it. Why not just tell me to bring it back after I had it fixed instead of having me pay for something you knew would fail?

Omar said they told him it would take 20 minutes but it took 1.5 hours. The business lost his registration and the paperwork from the towing company. He was told they would return it to him but he has not received it yet. He stated he would not recommend them because he should have been told it would take 1.5 hours. He further noted he would have left and returned had he known about the time frame instead of waiting the whole time.

George said this business was able to find additional repairs that were immediately necessary when he went in for an oil change. He appreciated that they showed him exactly where the work was needed. They were able to repair the vehicle in a timely manner. This business took a load off his mind because he feels confident the vehicle is safe to drive. He added that they were very helpful to him in the past with another vehicle that had a smog issue and they were instrumental in pointing out a program that helps vehicle owners with repair costs for smog checks. He stated that in this day it was nice to have an outfit like this one.
