My couple hour alignment job ended up being 3 days.
Don't read this as criticism, they did exactly what I asked them to do, even though I took it in for just an alignment, they ended up doing a bunch of extra work for me, and didn't even give a hint that it was inconvenient! They were expecting to do maybe a couple hours work and ended up having the car for 2 or 3 days. Ben is an awesome guy. I know I put a kink in their work schedule, but he treated me like I had the only car in the shop, always with a big smile. All in all, even though it cost me a small fortune, it was reasonable.
