Timothy said overall, this business didn't do the work they were supposed to. The estimate was handled by State Farm and the estimate was specifically detailed. They were checking off things and it was found out some of the work wasn't done. Yet, State Farm paid to get them done. It's fraudulent and it's not honest. The items that weren't done were noted. Their vehicle was left again at this business to have the work redone and it still wasn't done right. It made them angry to be so dishonest. They decided to take their vehicle even though it wasn't completely done. It took a total of about 28 days to perform minor work. He couldn't say as to whether they are satisfied with the quality of the repair because the work wasn't done right on the first or second time. They ended up getting their vehicle back the third time and they haven't inspected it yet. State Farm said it would be done in 5 days. Also, this business said it would be done in about 7 days. Overall, it took about 28 days total along with 3 visits due to having sloppy work on the first and second time. Some overspray was found on a panel where it was painted among other issues. Also, not inspecting the tire could've put them in a possible dangerous situation. Due to this experience Timothy would not recommend them.
