Beverly said when she got in her vehicle to bring it home the oil light came on. It was closing time. They said it was alright to drive it home. She said her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. They said it would take two and a half weeks. It took a total of four and a half weeks. She said a week of the delay was due to the insurance company. They had to get an estimate. She doesn't know why it was late the rest of the time. She said she wasn't kept adequately informed. They only called her one time. The rest of the time she had to call them. She said the most helpful person there was Ed. She said she chose this business because she drives a Cadillac.
