William said he felt the vehicle wasn't ready when promised because he had to bring it back due to an unsatisfactory paint job. When they painted and replaced the bumper it didn't completely match the rest of the vehicle, so they had to take it back and redo it. He was kept informed during the repair process, but not as adequately as he would have liked. He was fine the the person who prepared the estimate even thought it was about $600 more than the estimate he prepared. He's been a repeat customer to this business since the 90's and has always been happy with them. They are a fantastic group of people to work with. Even though they had some rough spots, they got it all taken care of.
