Vickie said her vehicle was a week later than promised due to additional damage being found, but she did not understand how this could be true. She contacted the general manager and she was pleased as well as grateful that he intervened. The work on her vehicle was completed a day sooner. She received an email on the status of her vehicle, but she did not know how to access the information. Her estimator told her he would take care of all of the details, but he did not go over anything with her.
