John stated that there wasn't a promised time given for his vehicle to be ready but did feel that the repairs took too long. He mentioned that the business had his vehicle for over a month and they should have only have needed about 10 days. John said that the business was suppose to keep him informed weekly about his vehicle and a couple of times he had to call the business himself to find out about the status of the vehicle. Therefore, he wasn't satisfied with the business communication and because when he did call he was made feel like he was inconveniencing the guy at the business to find out about the status of the vehicle. John wouldn't recommend the business because of the above mentioned reasons and the fact that the vehicle was returned with the interior looking like a dust bomb went off inside it. He added that it also stunk really bad. John explained that he spent a $100 to have the vehicle cleaned inside. To this day he says the vehicle still smells some. John mentioned that the way the vehicle was returned to him was what made him the angriest. He said the quality of the repair was good but the business shouldn't return the vehicle that way.
