Curtis said he was dissatisfied because it took them a week to repair a rear view mirror. He said the first time he brought his vehicle in, his vehicle was returned to him 2 days later than promised because the paint work did not meet the shops standards so they repainted the vehicle. He said their communication could have been better because he had to initiate most of the phone calls. He said he has not had many problems at this business, but the few times he had they have always done a great job to fix the issues. His representative, Sue, was fantastic to work with.
