Spoke with Richard. He said that his vehicle was ready for 4 days and no one called to let them know he could pick it up. He said that he made 2 calls and stopped because he didn't want to be a pest. He has done business with them before and they have never missed contacting him in the past.

He is correct we do contact every guest and this was our fault. We contact most guests thru texting. Unfortunately we did have a 2 week period of phone carrier issues on our side. It has been corrected and is working fine now. We did not know the issue was happening until our customers told us that they received no texting. The problem is fixed and we do sincerely apologized to anyone who was not updated!
