Beverly said there was one issue she had with them. They did not clean the passenger's seat. They only cleaned the driver's seat and now she has to go back. She said she had to wait 3 extra days for her vehicle. She called them on Friday to see if her vehicle was ready and it wasn't. They called her on Monday to let her know that her vehicle was ready. She asked them why her vehicle wasn't ready on Friday and they told her it was ready but it was too late to call her to pick it up. There was a communication issue with their 2 departments. It would have been nice if they had called her on Friday.
