Joan said it took 10 days longer than the promised set date because they ordered the wrong part. She does not know the reason why she was not kept informed. She was not satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate because he promised her 4 days which all together took an additional 10 days. That is also the reason why she was not satisfied with the communication and why she would not recommend them to others.

This is 100% an insurance issue. Estimate written, car came in, an addition was needed to the insurance estimate (that the insurance company missed), took 4 days for them to come out and see the car. Once ok'd by the insurance company the part was ordrered, part came in and finished same day. Unfortunately our hands are tied when an insurance company is paying for the damages and everyone has to wait. Since then, we have explained this to Ms. Cordle in detail and the insurance company has explained that they held up repairs, Ms. Cordle has been back again and will see us in the future if needed!
