Rafael said he rated his overall experience with them a 3. He had bought a new vehicle. There was a chip in the paint. There was also some small work done on the trunk. The paint on the front passenger's side wasn't sealed properly. They said it would take 3 days to do the work. It took 16 days. They didn't say why it took so long. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. It could've been better. He had no shop communication. He would recommend them with hesitation. He would let them know this was a little job and how long it took. He doesn't know how long it would take them for a big job.
