Paul said that it took an additional two weeks to get his vehicle and that he had to call the business. He said he felt like he had to chase them down and that they should have communicated with him better. He did receive text messages. He won't recommend this business, because they should call their customers on Friday to let them know if their vehicles will be available for the weekend.
