Lisa said it took 3 visits get the work done right and she even had to make 2 trips in one day to pick it up because of the quality of the work. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the back bumper on the driver's side was not aligned correctly and there was a gap on one side while the other side was tight. When she picked up the vehicle she complained to them that it didn't look right and the person she spoke with agreed with her. The repair took 3 days longer than promised because they had to fix the bumper. In the beginning she was kept informed but afterwards she had to call them about the status. The insurance took care of the estimate. She said the way she was treated was okay, but when she pointed out the problems and they told her that they were going to make her happy it was rather condescending. She would not recommend this facility for the above reasons..

The defective rear bumper cover has been corrected with all the body lines back to factory specs. We absolutely wanted to makesure Lisa was indeed happy!
