Marc said he purchased his vehicle from their affiliate, so he thought this would be the best place to go. His vehicle was a couple of days late and they did not tell him why. It was the first time his vehicle has been hit. If he has another collision, he might not use the business because they did not keep him informed. He did not get one call from them. His insurance company called him to say his rental vehicle time period was over. He replied that he still needed it because he did not have his vehicle back. The insurance representative advised him that his repairs were scheduled to have already been completed. The business did not tell him, so he was not satisfied with their communication. He had to go back to have a part plugged in. He added he does not know which part. He is a loyal customer. It was just disappointing not to be informed.
