John said this business did a good job. There was a strip on top of the bumper that should have been replaced but the insurance company did not add it to the claim. They did not tell him they were putting the damaged part back on his vehicle until he came to pick it up. If they would have called, it could have saved him time and energy because he could have just contacted the insurance company. Now he has to bring his vehicle back to have the bumper protector repaired when it could have been repaired on the first visit. Everything else was great and he will continue going to this business.
