Janet said she was not satisfied with her experience because she was not happy with the the body work or the paint work. She had to go back for resolution. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. It was several days late because there was a parts delay. Also, she was not happy with the preparation of the estimate. There were things that were missed and forgotten. They forgot to write them down. As a result of this visit, she will not recommend this facility to others.
