Constance said Daryl, the person who helped her with everything, kept her informed 99 percent of the time, but a couple of times he did not tell her what was going on. She was supposed to get her vehicle back in 3 days but got it back in a week because the wrong trunk was delivered. They had to reorder another trunk, which he did not call her about. When she called Daryl he told her about the above trunk issue. When the second trunk came in this business had to bring a locksmith in, because the lock on the trunk wasn't the same as the original trunk lock. She mentioned when the light hit the paint on the new trunk she could see little splotches of paint that hadn't been blended in. When she pointed the splotches out to Daryl he told her the paint was white diamond, and no one would notice the splotches because the paint glittered. She also informed him the glass frame surrounding the license plate was scratched. He explained he could order another glass frame assembly, but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be scratched out damaged. She decided to let the above issues go. She also told Daryl when she pushed a button related to the original trunk, the trunk would unlock and open completely. She remarked the new trunk would only open a little bit when she pushed the button to unlock it. Daryl didn't say anything when she told him about the above. She now has to go to the trunk to manually open it fully. She added Daryl was very nice, she would give him high marks, and he was very pleasant to work with. Before the new trunk was delivered she went to this business, and Daryl brought her out to her vehicle explaining everything about the different trunk lock to her. She concluded, the pin striping they painted was excellent.
