"The customer service I received was excellent. The woman that worked with me was very concerned about the fact that I would be waiting with a small child. She made sure I was in and out of there. "
Thank you for servicing my vehicle in a timely manner and for taking into consideration that I was waiting in your (very comfy and clean) waiting area with a 10month old child. My biggest fear about bringing my car back to the dealership for service was that you would find multiple ways to charge me more and find services to offer that I wasn't looking for. You did the complete opposite. I got an oil change and an inspection just like I asked and no one forced anything else on me.

"daytime running light replacement and recommendations for brakes"
Service writer Alexa listened to our need for service. She told us about future options. She also recommended that we get our front rotors resurfaced and pads replaced. Alexa also told us that there was a coupon applicable to our brake work. We made an appt to get the work done.

"Ian Rice"
After bringing my car in for multiple services over the last few months due to recall issues i am happy to say Ian Rice has been nothing buy helpful in his endevours to have all my vehicles issues resolved. I would like to take the time to personally thank him for all of his hard work and assistance, not to mention the complementary loaner cars that were provided in a very timely professional manner. 10 stars on service, communication and the time in which my vehicle was repaired.
