"Fast and friendly "
Just went in for an oil change. Dropped it off, went to dinner and picked it up afterwards. Less than 2 hours. Work done by pros.

"Theresa at the service area is so helpful witha smile on her face. Theresa go beyond the regular service person to make someone satisfied coming to your service department. I wish the waiting room could be a lititle nicer."

"Small with no amernities"
Comparisons are probably not fair, but when my husband and i bought this car in Florida, the waiting room was spacious and had free coffee, doughnuts, popcorn and other items. Also, individual mens and ladies rooms. New York just can't compare. Given that, I have been helped very well when I have brought the car in for service.

"Good customer service"
I really love this location, the customer service is always great. Jeanee took care of me and she made sure I got everything I needed done. She's awesome!

The only bad thing about my visit was the wait time. There was a very long wait time.

"Quality Service in a Reasonable Time"
The appointment was easy to make online and the service visit was carried out in an organized, efficient manner. The service adviser was helpful in communicating and planning for taking care of recalls and my follow-up visit for a State inspection.

"My service trip to Hyundai "
I have only one minor complaint.......I wish the mechanics would leave my auto light settings alone. The only time I realize that it was changed is late at night when it’s hard to set it back to auto . Next time I will definitely point that out to them
Otherwise i am very happy with the service and hospitality of the entire staff.

"Having Theresa back as a service rep!"
Only issue was the waiting room. It gets very cold in the winter. And they way the furniture is arranged isn’t the most comfortable. Customers have to step over each other or get up and let others go by.
