Suwebat said this business did not inform her that the employee who was initially assigned to her vehicle, left the facility. They assigned a new employee to her vehicle. Since, it was a new person they didn't know about the additional items that were supposed to be repaired. Due to that, the additional items were never completed. For the reasons stated, she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. They took about 5 days longer than she expected because they were waiting on the claims adjuster to approve the work on her vehicle. She was not satisfied with their communication and she would not recommend this business due to the reasons already stated.
