Alma said that she had a horrible experience. She said although they did not give a promise date she felt her vehicle was there too long. Her vehicle was there over a month and she still had to go back with it. Her vehicle was filthy there were dirt and stains which they had charged her insurance company for detailing the vehicle but had never done the job. They had missed a damage front light, which was cracked and did a horrible job repairing it. She was satisfied with the way she treated by the personnel but was not satisfied until the general manager stepped in and handled things. Alma said that the communication could have been better all way round. She will not recommend for reasons stated already.

Our facility recleaned the vehicle and replaced the light in question at no charge. The customer was satisfied with our repairs.
