Gerda said she rated a 4 on her overall experience because the web site ready date hadn't been updated, it was postponed 2 days, and she wasn't informed. The day it was supposed to be ready she phoned to find out what time she could pick it up, but they told her it was put back 2 days, and that they knew in house but the web site was a work in progress. The last text she'd received told her the vehicle was being painted but she didn't know if that was the reason for the delay, and none was given. Gerda mentioned the web site actually helped. It let her know when they ordered parts, when they did the body work, when they did the mechanical work, and when they began the paint work. It was great. She'll return Friday for a minor technical fix because the front passenger window doesn't go up when she uses the button that closes all the windows. Gerda was satisfied with the work and the time frame was good. This business completed 2 repairs on the same vehicle, both the front and passenger side, in less than 2 weeks.
