Spoke with Aristotle. He said they kept him updated. He is satisfied with their quality, but the trunk is squeaking now. They did the best they could. He did not want any generic parts. The representative was helpful and friendly. Their multimedia text and email messaging system is great. He was not satisfied with the way the receptionist treated him. She was not very friendly. They would get more business if she were friendlier. When he came in, it seemed like she did not want to accommodate him. She said they were fully booked and not accepting new customers. Marvin approached him and accommodated him. Marvin was very helpful.
