Vickie said the repairs to the vehicle took 4 to 5 days longer than expected. They were waiting for a part to arrive. Due to the delay there is an additional $300 in vehicle rental fees the insurance will not cover. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She had to call them for information. They were supposed to send text and email updates. She received an email 48 hours after she picked up her vehicle to let her know the vehicle was ready. She can not determine her satisfaction with the thoroughness of the person who prepared the estimate because it was handled through the insurance company. Joe was very nice. He returned her calls and answered her questions. The person at the desk was pleasant. They did not wash or clean out her vehicle. It was dirty and had foot marks inside when she picked it up.
