Victoria said she is almost satisfied with the quality of the repair, but not completely because the door sticks. She added the vehicle was delayed 3 days because the parts had to be ordered. In addition, Victoria explained she wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process because she was out of the country. However, the business left one message for her. Also, she chose not to elaborate on the estimate because it was handled by the insurance company. She also shared there wasn't any communication with the business. Lastly, she stressed she wouldn't recommend the business to others because it's cheaper to have the repairs done elsewhere unless the customer is having warranty work performed.

The communication issues that Victoria mentions were unavoidable due to the fact that she was out of the country. There was no out of pocket cost to Victoria on the repairs done at the body shop. The entire cost of the repair was paid by the insurance company. As far as the problem with her door sticking, Victoria never made anyone at the shop aware of the problem. Once the problem was brouhgt to light, Victoria was scheduled to have the issue wth her door resolved.
