Janice said the business forgot to fix the glass in one of the windows and paint was on the steering wheel. When she brought these issues to their attention, the rectified them very quickly. She was very impressed with their willingness to take ownership of the issues. They told her they would send someone out to her work or to her home to replace the glass when it stopped raining. She appreciated their follow through.
