Cathy said her vehicle was at the business for over two months and it is still not fixed. Her vehicle is having an alignment issue and the business is telling her it is a tire issue. It looks good on the outside but is not safe to drive. They did not take the vehicle out for a test drive on the open road before returning it to her. They took a month longer than expected and changed the promised ready date multiple times. They told her the delays were over multiple issues and the automatic emails were not helpful. Mike was very nice, but he seemed too busy to handle all of his cases. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated because there seemed to be a lack of responsiveness. She would not recommend them over all of the reasons already mentioned. They took care of her rental vehicle and she appreciated that. If they would have been more responsive and taken care of the repairs better, she would be satisfied with them.
