Julie said she was not completely satisfied because the quality was okay but it took a very long time to get her vehicle back. It took two months. They kept giving different reasons for the delay and kept extending the delivery time. She was not kept informed during the repair process and was not satisfied with the communication. They did not clean the vehicle before returning it to her. The outside was dirty and the inside was not vacuumed.
