Jeffrey said the overall experience was good, he was given a loaner and this business was nice. It took a long time to receive his vehicle. His vehicle was 5-6 days late because of a parts delay. He called a head of time so they could order a 21 inch tire. He said he was not kept informed in any way and he was not given an estimate. He was satisfied with the way he was treated but was disappointed that his original service representative is no longer there. There was no communication because his original representative quit.
