Chris said he had to take his vehicle back several time because it was not fixed to his satisfaction. The passenger side door was not fixed correctly and the second time he took it back, it would not lock or unlock. There was also a problem with the mirror and the insurance would not cover the door repairs. He could not recall the length of the delay from the additional damages found.
