Kay said she was told to bring her vehicle in early on Monday and to pick it up on Friday. When she did not hear from this business she called on Tuesday and found out they had not even started. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready in five days but it was delayed because of a parts delay. She did not indicate how many days late the vehicle was. She is unsure if she was kept informed because she received text messages that were rather generic when she would have preferred to speak with someone. The person who prepared the estimate missed the damage under the bumper. Therefore, they needed to order parts which cause some of the delay and ended up costing another $1,300. She stated some of the parts they ordered, she would have thought would be the type of parts they would of had on hand. She said the way she was treated was so-so, but she does not feel anyone went out of their way for her. She is is unsure if she was satisfied with the communication but said she felt the it could have been much better. The reason she chose this facility is because it was much closer than the other facilities the insurance had on their list. She mentioned she really has no knowledge of what to expect from a repair facility and this was the first time she has experienced one.
