Elizabeth said the repairs to the vehicle took 2 days longer than expected due to a parts delay. She dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday. They told her they would order the necessary part which would be sent via FedEx and received on Friday so she would have her vehicle on Monday. The part did not arrive until Monday. It was an oversight on their part because they did not push to get the part there by Friday. She rented a vehicle while hers was being repaired and incurred an additional $120 - $180 in fees due to the delay. She would not recommend them for the reason previously stated as well as their location. If she needs work performed in the future, she will go to a business closer to where she lives.
